Fort Hood Tragedy

Today @ Fort Hood an upset Army psychiatrist opened fired and took the lives and wounded many innocent citizens. Fort Hood is said to be one of the largest military bases in the United States housing over 9,000 officers, over 40,000 enlisted officers, and about 9,000 or so government employees. There is no place in our society for these types of harsh acts, below read the full story.

An Army psychiatrist opened fire Thursday at Fort Hood, Texas, killing 12 people and wounding 31 others, military officials said. The gunman, identified as Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan, was wounded multiple times at the scene but was captured alive and was in stable condition, Lt. Gen. Robert W. Cone, commanding general of the Army’s III Corps, said at a press conference late Thursday. Eleven of the victims died at the scene, military officials said. A 12th died later at a hospital, NBC station KCEN-TV of Waco reported. Cone said that most of those shots were military but two were civilians. U.S. officials said Hasan was an Army psychiatrist who had been promoted to major in May, NBC News reported. Defense officials said Hasan, 39, arrived at Fort Hood in July after practicing for six years at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, which included a fellowship in disaster and preventive psychiatry. Cone also said that a female first responder shot Hasan and was herself wounded and was being treated in a hospital. Cone said that Hasan was in custody at a hospital and that his death was not imminent. Hasan was scheduled to be deployed to Iraq on Nov. 28, officials said. Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison, R-Texas, said military officials had told her that Hasan was “pretty upset” about his deployment orders.
The Associated Press, quoting federal law enforcement officials, said Hasan had come to their attention at least six months ago because of Internet postings that discussed suicide bombings and other threats. The officials said they were still trying to confirm that he was the author.
One of the Web postings that authorities reviewed is a blog item that equates suicide bombers with a soldier throwing himself on a grenade to save the lives of his comrades. The officials spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to discuss the case. Medical records on file in Virginia, where Hasan was born and was registered to practice, and Maryland, where he received his medical degree at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, revealed no disciplinary actions or formal complaints. Cone said the gunman used two handguns. He said that military officials believed that there was a single shooter. Two other soldiers were taken into custody after the shooting, but Rep. John Carter, R-Texas, said they were released.

I use the mags to get an update on the industry and as an inspirational tool to show me what level I would like to reach. I enjoy the work and the artist expression that these guys put into every issue there is never a page that doesn't catch my eye. Relationships are hard ass work I tell you! I think my girl is literally out for self sometimes, if this was basketball shed get all the shots, sorta like Jordan or Kobe. Its like a guy cant even win out here, I gets no benefit of the doubt, no understanding, or anything. She insists that I put her last in everything I do but thats incorrect, if what im doing doesnt involve her, what ever it is wrong. But I pose this question should relationships be easy or is the hardwork in the relationship making you love your significant other even more... But at the end of the day my girl is real demanding but I love her more everyday!! Couldnt see myself wit no other!!

I met this man who is like my best friend my confidant and my lover but gets on my fuckin nerves. Its hard work, you have to know when you are being disrespectful even when you think that you just being you. You have to know when to be the lady, the freak, the best friend but the whole time maintaining the you that he met. Its fun though, learning and being in an open realtionship where neither of you cut corners with each other. (I look at us like Will and Jada) We best friends but lovers. He tells me what he dont like and what works and vice versa. If you never had this you should try it. It makes the days go by much happier and the bond much stronger. LOve is fun, it should not hurt.

So the homies persuaded the kid to grab the XBOX so that I could be apart of the 2K9 league. Im running wit the defending champion Boston Celtics and have yet to win a game. Im down but not out, working on my game trying to seek greatness.
